One of our company mission is to promote small local businesses that guarantee high quality and authentic tastes. For this reason we choose farms and local companies to supply us with products and raw materials for our breakfast. Fresh milk, yogurt and cheeses, for example, come from the Palagiaccio Farm, a dairy farm in Mugello.
